Welcome to the Africa Bangladesh Business Forum (ABBF) website. By becoming a member of ABBF, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before becoming a member.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in promoting trade and investment between Africa and Bangladesh. All membership applications are subject to review and approval by ABBF.
Membership Categories and Fees
ABBF currently offers 2 (Two) membership categories: company and individual. Each category has specific benefits. Currently there is NO FEES for being any type / category Member of ABBF. But the forum reserves all the rights to introduce paid membership plans and other services at any time and date.
Membership Benefits
Member can avail to all ABBF services, including business matchmaking, market entry support, trade facilitation, investment promotion, business setup support, information resources, advocacy, policy support, and dedicated account manager as per the Pricing structure mentioned on the ABBF Website.
Membership Responsibilities
Members are expected to act in a professional manner and uphold the values and mission of ABBF. Members must accept that all mentioned paid services provided to ABBF will avail as with payment by using the payment gateway. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are accountable for all activities conducted through their account.
Use of Services
ABBF services are provided for the benefit of members and should be used in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Members shall not misuse ABBF services for illegal or unethical purposes. ABBF reserves the right to monitor usage of its services and take appropriate action in case of misuse.
Termination of Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time by using Unsubscribe/deactivate the account option on ABBF website. ABBF reserves the right to terminate membership without any notice if a member violates the terms and conditions, engages in conduct detrimental to the forum.
Confidentiality
ABBF respects the confidentiality of member information and will take reasonable measures to protect it. Members must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information received through ABBF and not disclose it to third parties without proper authorization.
Limitation of Liability
ABBF will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable services but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its services for any specific purpose. ABBF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
ABBF reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued membership following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABBF operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
