— PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Greetings from the Africa Bangladesh Business Forum (ABBF)

Africa and Bangladesh stand at the beginning of one of the world's most promising trade and investment partnerships. Africa is home to more than 1.5 billion people across 54 countries with a combined GDP exceeding US$3 trillion, while Bangladesh has become a globally recognized manufacturing and export hub. Yet despite these strengths, annual bilateral trade is only approximately US$3.3 billion, highlighting the enormous untapped potential between our regions.

At the Africa Bangladesh Business Forum (ABBF), our mission is to connect businesses, strengthen economic cooperation, and create practical pathways for sustainable growth. Through business matchmaking, trade missions, networking events, market intelligence, supplier verification, and strategic partnerships, we help businesses confidently explore new markets and build lasting relationships.

We believe meaningful partnerships are built on trust, collaboration, and shared success. Our vision is to help increase Africa-Bangladesh trade to US$10 billion annually by 2035, creating greater opportunities for businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs while contributing to the long-term prosperity of both regions.

Whether you are looking to expand your business, identify reliable partners, or explore new investment opportunities, ABBF is committed to being your trusted gateway between Africa and Bangladesh.
